ORDERING

By placing an order with 4Ever Supplies, you are agreeing to the total dollar amount of the sale, and that 4Ever Supplies is authorized to collect payment via the payment method you specify. All orders are subject to approval by 4Ever Supplies.

PAYMENTS

When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until the items are shipped. 4Ever Supplies accepts credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, iDEAL. 4Ever Supplies may obtain pre-approval from the credit card/debit card company or from PayPal (as the case may be) for an amount up to the amount of the order. Billing to Your credit card, debit card or PayPal account occurs at the point of shipping or shortly thereafter. 4Ever Supplies accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. 4Ever Supplies accepts debit cards with Visa or MasterCard logos.

ACCURACY

4Ever Supplies attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions & specifications, pricing or any other content on the site is accurate, complete, or current. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 4Ever Supplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

USER CONTENT

We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove any content for any reason from 4Ever Supplies. 

You hereby disclaim any right to any compensation from 4Ever Supplies in connection with 4Ever Supplies's exercise of its license rights in and to the User Content you have submitted to 4Ever Supplies. You acknowledge and agree that 4Ever Supplies is under no obligation of confidence to you, and shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any User Content. 

CHANGES

4Ever Supplies reserves the right to change its terms and conditions in any respect at any time. 4Ever Supplies reserves the right to waive any of these terms and conditions without affecting future enforceability of that or any other term or condition.
